I believe it is one of the very few Panerai with JLC movement. At least it'll keep me at bay til I get my hand on a real watch ;.)

My journey to JLC
By: watchthatman : April 26th, 2014-12:46
I've always loved watches, and for 10 years I've been an admirer of JLC. However, I don't live in a big city, and for a long time there was no JLC dealer here. For that matter, another brand that I admire for it's design, Panerai, did not even have a deal...
Excellent choice. This " Ceniceros " is superb.

I had the pleasure to see it at the JLC BH Boutique, last year. It is not only a wonderful Watch, but it is also linked to a great friend. Here is a picture to welcome yours. Great choice, my friend. Congratulations! Now, I am looking forward to reading y...
Great photos Nicolas!

I want to take some other than quick shots with my phone. I also want to explain what was so visually appealling about this piece. By the way, the painings I've seen from Ceniceros are fantastic! It's exciting to have some of his work on my wrist!
Absolutely. Take your time, and please post more pictures.

I would like to see more things like this in the future, between JLC and Artists. Yes, we had Newson, and Ceniceros, but I think there is more place, here, to release some exciting and very interesting watches. Best, Nicolas
Great choice!

Did it come from the Las Vegas boutique? I tried on their cencineros Reverso last month! A great watch, limited edition at a great price, and an art print too!
Yes it came from LV

There's alot to this watch, but the face alone was more than enough for me.
I enjoy the paragraphs of your story. You really know how to manage...

...so much detail into short space. My editor would love it if I can do that. I tend to ramble. As your watch has a special solid caseback, allow me to show you the movement pic I took of my non-limited Grande Reverso 976 black dial when I owned it. Hope ...
Congrats!

Excellent choice watchthatman, looks great on you! The JLC Ceniceros represents the reverso theme perfectly. If you haven't already seen it here's the interview with The Maestro's son at the debut of the 976 Ceniceros Edition: ' ' As they say wear it in ...
Congrats

Congrats, WTM. Not only did you score an iconic JLC Reverso, but yours has a definite cool factor being only one of fifty of these great pieces. Wear it in the best of health. Cheers, John
Interesting story...

I was myself drawn to Panerai and JLC thus decided to get the PAM190 with JLC 8 days movement. Congratulation on your acquisition and enjoy the amazing piece in the best of health. Best regards, Ryan

Just saw the 190. Quite a piece!

When I looked at Panerais I didn't even know there was ever anything with a JLC movement. Was that the last (maybe only) model with JLC? I love the sandwiched dial of the Panerai, the simplicity of their design and the finish of their faces. I felt like I...
